| Gerry & Carla Crafton started Crafton’s Heating and Cooling in March of 1992 as the only 2 employees. Through the years they have added 5 employees and in 2005 started Mr. Appliance which compliments there HVAC business by taking care of all major household appliances. Gerry Crafton Started in the home comfort business in 1979 after completing technical school as an installer with training in all phases of the process. Worked up to service department with factory training on all the equipment and changes in the industry in the last 30 years. I started Crafton's Heating & Cooling in 1993 and I have been consulting with customers and designing and building systems to meet their comfort needs. |

Lisa Reichard Lisa has worked for Crafton’s Heating & Cooling & Mr. Appliance for over a year. She answers the phone, sets up appointments and dispatches the technicians. She also does many other office duties. |

David Crafton Dave’s primary job is service technician for our Mr. Appliance company. He has been trained on all aspects of heating and cooling equipment and fills in for overflow when needed. Dave has been with the company over 5 years. |
